Growing up I was never enjoyed the normal breakfast foods. My mom would always try to find something that I enjoyed. I didn't like the normal pancakes, cereal or yogurt like many kids.  

Once living on my own, making my own food choices I struggled to find something that was delicious and healthy for me in the morning. Finally, I started making my own protein shakes. I make one 5 days of the week usually. I have always had a sweet tooth so what better way to start the day that something that tastes like a milkshake! Only healthy!  I want to share my protein shake recipe with readers so that anyone else can enjoy this simple healthy combination.

OhKoey's Protein Shake:

1 Frozen Banana
1 Scoop of Chocolate Plant Fusion Protein Powder
2 Tablespoons PB2 (peanut butter powder)
Almond Milk to taste (I use about 1 and a quarter cups but you can use more or less depending on personal preference of the thickness of the shake)

 Add everything to the blender (I use a ninja blender) and blend until smooth! Pour and enjoy!
